Our team has a track record of executing debt and equity transactions across sectors, geographies, corporate lifecycle stages, and economic conditions. We intend to focus on opportunities primarily in North America, Europe and Asia that complement our sponsor and management team’s background. In particular, we intend to pursue an initial business combination with a scaled business featuring an established business model, a defensible market position and sustainable long-term growth drivers, which may benefit from entering the public equity markets and from ongoing partnership with a well-established professional investor.
